Nortrans proudly hosted its 1st Officer Conference in Bulgaria, bringing together our officers and management team for a meaningful few days of collaboration, appreciation, and shared experiences.

With management representatives travelling from Singapore to attend, the event marked an important milestone in strengthening the connection between our shore-based and offshore teams.

The conference was dedicated to recognising the hard work, professionalism, and commitment of our officers onboard our vessels across various projects worldwide. Beyond celebrating achievements, the gathering also provided a valuable platform for open discussions, knowledge sharing, and the exchange of operational experiences and ideas.

Over the course of the event, participants engaged in seminars, team-building activities, and informal networking sessions. All aimed at fostering stronger teamwork, enhancing collaboration, and supporting continuous improvement across the Nortrans fleet.
