Established in Singapore in 1982 Nortrans is a shipping company involved in several segments of the marine industry. Originally the company was established as an off-spring from Seatrans of Norway, but has since developed into a fully independent shipping company in Singapore. The core of our business remains as the following areas of Nortrans;

Nortrans Offshore

Nortrans Offshore offers a wide range of offshore services to the offshore energy industries. Our offshore services include:

Accommodation

Nortrans Accommodation specialises in providing  turn key accommodation vessel solutions for the hook-up and commissioning (HUC) as well as the maintenance of offshore facilities within the oil and gas industry. With currently 2 units under its management, Nortrans Accommodation, together with N8 Ship Management, is becoming one of the major provider of offshore accommodation services within the industry.

Our accommodation vessel services include:

  • Hotel services
  • Walk to work gangway
  • Hospital facilities with a fully equipped clinic on board
  • Crew transfer – Helicopter landing / basket transfer / boat landing.

With a growing fleet of 3 vessels under management, N8 Ship Management is the latest department of Nortrans. We offer high quality maritime and offshore services to the leading companies in the oil industry by providing fit-to-purpose assets.

Nortrans Shipping Agency

Our boarding officers are always available, and will be there to handle any call to the Port of Singapore. Whether it is a call for cargo, bunker and supplies only, or for any lengthy stay at any of the shipyards here in Singapore. We have more than 20 years of experience handling port calls in Singapore.
